Oyster Po Boy

Pre-wedding snack! I wish I could remember where we got this oyster po boy from because it was really good. The oysters were fried to a perfect crispiness that verged on being too much, but wasn’t because the tender oysters inside balanced the fry really well. There may have been a little too much pickle and mustard on this po boy, but that’s easily remedied.
