Vaucressons Sausage Company – 1800 Saint Bernard Ave., New Orleans, LA 70116 – We didn’t want to ruin our appetites completely so that we could sample as many things as possible. My friends and I split this Creole Crawfish Sausage on a Stick. What made this sausage really stand out was the crawfish in it because there were actual pieces that you could see and taste. Otherwise, it was a pretty standard sausage, but we enjoyed the concept a lot.
