Whole Hog Cafe Sliders

Whole Hog Cafe – 639 Loyola Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70113 – The name alone made me want to try this place. It wasn’t until later that I found out they won “World’s Best BBQ” awards over various years. We tried one of the chicken and one of the brisket sliders. Both of these sliders were great and they were even better when I topped them with the side of cole slaw. If you added a little more BBQ sauce from the condiments at the booth, they were even better. I have to admit that the smoked chicken might have been better than the brisket if you can believe that.
