Fried and Breaded Boneless Fish

I’m calling these fish sticks, but they were not frozen or pre-made at all. These were boneless fish pieces that were breaded with flour and fried. They were served cold and tasted delicious. The flaky white fish meat inside was tender and I could also see these being great just out of the frier. This would be the boneless version of that whole fried fish picture earlier in the slideshow or post.
