Bechamel Lasagna

I didn’t realize it at the time, but this was in fact lasagna. I thought my family was just calling it lasagna generically. It turns out that after a little research, a true Italian lasagna is nothing like an American lasagna. This had bechamel sauce in it, which Americans would consider strange, but not the rest of the world. In any event, it tasted great. My brother had two giant helpings and earned himself a hefty over-full stomach ache that night.
