Neapolitan Ice Cream with Biscuits

This dish is not Sudanese or Middle Eastern. In fact, my aunt’s sister got the idea from watching a cooking show via her satellite television. It’s a Neapolitan ice cream with a biscuit top and a chocolate cookie bottom. The ice cream tasted distinctly foreign in a way that I can’t describe, but still completely discernible as ice cream.
