Grocery Shopping

I had to be discreet taking this photo so as not to offend, but this is a picture of a normal Sudanese woman out grocery shopping in a very modern grocery store. My female cousins don’t cover their heads with scarves because they aren’t Muslim. On occasion, my cousin confessed that if she is alone (i.e. without a male family member) and walking on the street, she will sometimes cover her head with a scarf because some Sudanese men could harass her.
