Stuffed Pigeons

Yes, you read that correctly. Pigeon. Fried, then baked (I think), and stuffed with seasoned rice. Many people think this is weird, but it’s just not that weird. People eat Quail and those are tiny little birds too! Anyway, they taste like tiny chickens. The meat is really tender and one person can eat an entire one without ruining his/her appetite. I discovered that my brother and I eat them like idiots. We make a mess and clumsily rip the tiny birds apart. My uncle and my mother showed us how to eat the birds properly to minimize mess and maximize meat extraction. I was very impressed.
