Man Fuel Food Blog – Dozen Bakery – Nashville, TN – Cookies

Standing in line to order was a pleasure because I got to stare longingly at the perfected variety of pastries on display. An employee confirmed that the standard of quality is so high at the bakery that not a single piece of food goes out to the customers unless it’s essentially flawless. The lucky employees get to take home any less than perfect items that don’t make the cut, but taste just as good as their prettier counterparts.
