These were possibly my favorite thing that I ate in Nashville. The sliders had some Vietnamese banh mi inspiration with the flavor and the bread is probably the best slider bread I’ve ever had. The pig ears were sliced and euphorically crispy with a cherry glaze. I could have eaten all four sliders myself and regret the decision to share them with the table!
