Go. Here. This is the place to eat in Louisville, Kentucky. Everything was outstanding. We had the cured meat sampler, charred octopus, scallops, braised short ribs, ricotta gnocchi, and a chocolate with candied peanut butter dessert. Phenomenal. Full review coming soon.
