Despite having just eaten a little earlier at Proof on Main, late night pizza was in order after we left the Seelbach Hotel Bar (I didn’t have any pics – sorry!). We went to this place because… well… it was open. We sat outside and had a slice. Overall, the pizza was decent. Not the best, but nowhere near the worst. We’ll get to that later.
