Life Aquatic Sea Scallops

Life Aquatic Local Sea Scallops – I couldn’t find much information about this booth. From what I can tell, they only serve food at Smorgasburg. My friend and I tried the Grilled Baja Sea Scallops. They were a little pricey, but fantastic. The sea scallops were grilled perfectly with just a little char on the outside and perfectly tender on the inside. The baja herb salsa they added on top of the scallops tasted light and fresh. Rather than overpower the mild flavor of the scallops, the salsa actually augmented their flavor to create a unique singular flavor that had both the earthiness of the herbs and the sweetness of the shellfish. Delicious.
