These were delicious. How could they not be? The best part about them is that they were marinated exactly the way I marinate my own lamb and beef a lot of the time, which made me feel really good. These were flavored with oil, onion, salt, and pepper. Wonderful.

The lamb in Khartoum is really good compared to the lamb in the US. I find lamb meat in the US gamey. Did you try the sheia? Not sure if that is the right spelling. The sheia here in Khartoum is great!
I don’t think I’ve had sheia (sp?). It sounds great though! I will have to keep it in mind.
