Zucchini and Peppers Stuffed with Rice and Ground Beef

This is just a mix of stuffed zucchini and peppers. The filling was spiced ground beef and rice. I’m not a huge fan of stuffed peppers, but I do love zucchini. On this day, however, I mostly just ate some of the balled up extra stuffing to taste the delicious filling.
