With a great Mother’s Day comes great responsibility to make those special caregivers in our lives know just how much they mean to us. Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse is helping people do just that by featuring a Mother’s Day brunch specifically for those special ladies in our lives.
On Sunday, Flemings will open early at 10AM to celebrate moms by serving a three-course brunch menu starting at $47. The brunch will feature classics such as Fleming’s Signature Surf & Turf Eggs Benedict and Cinnamon Apple Brioche French Toast.

Taking the day even further, Flemings will be offering their full menu all day! That means amazing steaks and a children’s menu. To make a Mother’s Day reservation, visit FlemingsSteakhouse.com.
I had the opportunity to visit Fleming’s again (my first time was at my bachelor party!) to try out some of their full menu items and as always, the meal delivered on high quality food. Read on for some of what you can find at Flemings.
Atmosphere and Service
The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and a little dark, which makes it intimate, but at the same time the dining room is quite lively. The servers are some of the most attentive, polite, respectful, and helpful you’ll find (special thanks to our awesome server, Amani).
Food
Probably the most important thing at any restaurant is the food. Fleming’s surely delivers on quality, quantity, and simple yet decadent flavors.
Bread – A lot of restaurants forget that bread is the first impression a restaurant often makes on its diners and if the bread isn’t good it can set a tone for the meal. Luckily, Fleming’s knows this when serving up a fresh, hot, parmesan crusted loaf accompanied by an excellent smoked cheddar butter and a champagne brie butter. Excellent no matter how you eat it.
Drinks – Offering a full bar and plenty of house made cocktails, I chose a classic extra dry vodka martini with (some of you might not like this) bleu cheese stuffed olives. Something about having a bleu cheese stuffed olive along with a steak is truly transcendent. Nonetheless, if that’s not for you, there are so many other options that the sky is the limit.
Starters – We tried the homemade burrata starter and it provided us with a fantastic start to the meal. The homemade burrata was cool, creamy, and mild. The prosciutto added a touch of savory and salty flavor while the garlic bread almost stole the show. The balanced flavors of the braised garlic cloves showed off the skills of the chefs as well.
Sides – Side dishes are the overlooked support to any good restaurant. I’ve been to many excellent steakhouses that serve up great steaks, but fall beyond short on the side dishes. Fleming’s makes an effort not only on their steaks, but in all of their dishes. The sides, like the creamed spinach and simply sauteed mushrooms, pair perfectly with their delicious steaks.
Steak – The stars of the show at Fleming’s are of course their Prime steaks. I absolutely love their bone-in ribeye, which is perfectly cooked and seasoned only with salt, pepper, and a pat of butter. Great steaks don’t need much, but they do need expert preparation in which Fleming’s excels. Don’t let the large plate fool you in the picture below, this steak was huge! Can’t go wrong getting a steak here!
